Jun 20, 2011  ACPIATK0110.ATK0110 I dont have the original mobo cd and when I went on the asus website all I can find for the P5N-E SLI are bios updates. Am I correct to assume I need the mobo drivers? Question During the installation of windows 7 is says 'no device drivers were found'. Question File Explorer won't show NAS or other computers, only.

I would suggest you to update the chipset drivers from the manufacture’s website and check if it helps.

Note: If the driver is not compatible with Windows 10, I would suggest you to install the driver in
compatibility mode.

Refer the steps below:
a. Download the Drive from the manufacture’s website, Right click on the setup file and select Properties. b. Click the compatibility tab, tick the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows.

Note: Disconnect all the external devices other than mouse and keyboard and check if it helps.

thank god.. i did it. my unit is asus Eee pc netbook.. i just Downloaded the HOTKEYS SERVICES WINDOWS 8 then unzip it and install to my unit. thats it then your computer will tell u to restart.

Problem issue : 'ASUS ACPI DRIVER MISSING' on ur screen.

SOLUTION : google and Downloaded the HOTKEYS SERVICES WINDOWS 8.

solved my problem. thank god.

thanks for all your help. I was on the verge of trashing my little laptop when instead I reset my software. Before doing so it warned me that it would lock in the win 10 upgrade. I did it anyway and chose the wipe all settings method. I lost some Pics and such buy the Results were remarkable. I'm still a little in disbelief. So far it ( my little note book ) Is like I bought a new lap top!

No more missing anything!

Makes me wonder if this Windows 10 could Rejuvenate older computers???

Anyway I'm Still in Shock!

Anyone else have similar things happen after the install or upgrade?

I'm very happy all of you got your PCs fixed! me I'm in freaking tears because I'm no PC genius and have no clue how to fix mine and all of the PC mumbo jumbo just confuses me more...well looks like my yard is getting a new ornament now!!! I WILL NEVER EVER DOWNLOAD ANOTHER UPGRADE FROM MICROSOFT AND THANKS MICROSOFT!!!! YOUR WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE HAS REALLY MADE THINGS WORSE

Hang in there. I had my son in law drive 2 hours to fix mine. He said he disabled the program causing the problem. system is now working better. He said I had a older unit with a slow processor. Microsoft and windows 10 support should list a detailed description of what the ACPI Drivers do, and detailed directions on how to disable it ( and other redundant programs) in the startup control panel.
